How do I wash my items?

Your items are not machine made. They need to be washed with love. You can wash them on a cold setting in your machine, but they should be air dried, no heat. 

How long will my project take?

The answer depends on what you've ordered. Clothes and blankets take longer because they'll be custom made to your liking. 

How will my clothes be custom tailored to my size? 

My shop uses the standard American Sizing Chart to create all clothes, if you would like special measurements to either make the item bigger or smaller, just go up or down a size on the chart. 

My clothing/blankets have warped in the wash.

Because the material I use is yarn, it will stretch. If you run into this problem, wash the item, and then let it dry flat, but scrunched up, it'll get its original shape back.
